ACTIVITIES

Watch the beautiful wide and fast paced Columbia River and see one of the most amazing environments the Northwest has to offer. The white sandy beach is perfect for spending the day fishing, rock collecting, gold panning, sun bathing and building sand castles while just remembering to take a deep breath and enjoy life at a slower pace. If fishing is your forte, well we have some of the most incredible waters around. The Columbia River is challenging and the fish are sizeable.  When you get one... you KNOW it. Fat fresh trout and walleye are Great eating too.

Large RV sites give you plenty of room to park and put out your awning. This is the greenest park in Eastern Washington. The luscious undergrowth provides privacy and space from your nearest neighbors. All sites have fire spots and picnic tables. The best way we can describe Upper Columbia park is "peaceful."

We are surrounded by an ever changing panorama of beautiful scenery including a variety of wild flowers and wild life. Perhaps you would enjoy a hike to the waterfalls or up the mountain for a breathtaking view of the wide Columbia River. There are edible and delicious wild berries for foraging both in the park and up the mountain side. They grow throughout the campground when in season. Wildlife can surprise you right in your own site as well as along the trails or while fishing. The park itself is a bird watchers paradise. We take pride in our flower beds, water falls and ponds which are set to become part of the natural landscape.
